Who am I?Hello! My name is Jessica and I'm addicted to the way healthy eating and exercise make me feel. My stomach doesn't handle preserved or high-fat foods well so I've adopted healthy eating habits. I focus on "real foods" such as fruits and vegetables, rather than "fake foods" such as preserved goods with ingredients I can't pronounce. One good habit led to another and now I eat healthier, exercise more, and feel better than ever. This site is a way to share what I've learned along the way - and am still learning!
