Preheat oven to 350.
Finely chop cauliflower in food processor or blender. Mix cauliflower with all other ingredients except cheese. Add in cheese until combined.
Spread cauliflower mix onto large greased baking sheet; flatten cauliflower mix into pan.
Bake 30 minutes. Top with pizza ingredients and bake additional 10 minutes.
