Creamy Peanut Butter Spread with Apples
3 T. Peanut Butter
1 C. Vanilla Greek Yogurt*
1 t. Cinnamon
3 Large Apples
Combine peanut butter, yogurt and cinnamon. Slice apples for dipping.
*Greek yogurt is higher in protein and lower in fat/cholesterol.
Servings: 6-8 (1 cup dip with 3 sliced apples)
