Frozen Fruit Snack
This is more of an idea than a recipe. It's a great way to satisfy your sweet tooth while eating something healthy. You can either buy fresh fruit when it's in season and freeze it, or buy frozen fruit. Make sure you're getting just the frozen fruit and not frozen fruit with tons of sugar added. The latter is usually more for cakes and recipes.
I prefer blueberries, mangos, and peaches, but they're all good. If the pieces of fruit are too large they'll be more difficult to eat. If buying them fresh, cut them into manageable pieces before freezing.
