Pineapple Casserole
Directions
Combine butter and sugar in mixing bowl. Stir in eggs, then flour. Add pineapple chunks with juice. Spoon into 7x7 in. baking dish. Sprinkle crackers on top. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until top is lightly golden. Notes: *In 100% Juice, you’ll need the pineapple juice for the recipe. Servings: 4 Prep and Cooking Time: 10 minutes prep, 35 minutes cook. |
