The Importance of the Fs in my life:
FIT: Start sweating! Staying active will help you look good, but most importantly it will help you FEEL good. Hit the gym, walk the dog, or play with your kids to get those endorphin levels up.
FOOD: You are what you eat. No, fried chicken won't turn you into a scary life-size chicken leg. However, it will weigh you down, making exercise more difficult.
FUN: Having fun is good for you! Doing what you love with those you love will help you de-stress. Turns out wine with the girls is what the doctor ordered!
FAMILY/FRIENDS: Relationships are good for the body and soul. There's not much a cup of tea and a chat with a loved one can't fix.

Hello! My name is Jessica and I'm addicted to the way healthy eating and exercise make me feel. My stomach doesn't handle preserved or high-fat foods well so I've adopted healthy eating habits. I focus on "real foods" such as fruits and vegetables, rather than "fake foods" such as preserved goods with ingredients I can't pronounce. One good habit led to another and now I eat healthier, exercise more, and feel better than ever. This site is a way to share what I've learned along the way - and am still learning!
