Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all crust ingredients in food processor until sticks together. Press crust mixture into bottom of springform pan.
Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Set aside to cool while making filling.
While crust is baking, mix all filling ingredients in food processor. After crust is finished, pour filling into springform pan on top of crust.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until edges start to pull away from sides of the pan. The middle may be a little jiggly still but it shouldn't be liquid-looking.
Remove from oven and cool. Cover and chill 2-3 hours in fridge before releasing springform.
*I used a mix of sliced almonds, crushed walnuts, and pine nuts because I had them available. But I think any nuts will work here.
