Cold Pasta - Basil, Mozzarella, and Tomato
Cook pasta according to directions; run under cool water when finished. While pasta is cooking, prepare and combine other ingredients. Cut mozzarella into small cubes. Cut grape tomatoes in half. Loosely chop basil leaves. Combine all in large mixing bowl. Add cooked pasta. Toss with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and pepper. Chill at least one hour, serve cold.
The olive oil, vinegar, and pepper amounts are a guideline. Add a little bit and taste to see how much of each is to your liking.
Prep and Cooking Time: 15 min prep; 1+ hr chill to serve
