Pumpkin Pie
Ingredients
2 C. Pumpkin Puree 2 Eggs ¼ C. Honey 2 t. Cinnamon ¼ t. Cloves ¼ t. All-Spice ¼ t. Ginger 1 t. Pure Vanilla Extract ½ C. Heavy Cream 1 Pie Crust Supplies Oven Baking Pan (to hold pie) |
Directions
Combine pumpkin puree and eggs. Add spices, vanilla and cream. Taste and add more spices, vanilla or cream as desired. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Pour batter into pie crust and bake 50 minutes, or until pie no longer “jiggles”. Servings: 1 Pie Prep and Cooking Time: 10 minutes prep; 50 minutes bake |
